The customer is responsible for inspecting all discounted open box items for any cosmetic imperfections because they cannot be returned or exchanged. Manufacturer's warranty expressly excludes cosmetic damage.

All sales are final.

New/Open Box Appliances come with a one (1) year service center parts and labor warranty from Allen Appliance Sales & Service. 

Used/Refurbished Appliances come with a thirty (30) day service center parts and labor warranty from Allen Appliance Sales & Service.

In the event of mistakes in the order related to the products purchased, for example accidentally ordering multiple of the same model of product, orders may be cancelled before being picked up or shipped, by contacting the store either in person or over the phone (810-853-8800)

In the event of mistakes in the order related to the shipping methods selected, for example selecting the delivery and installation option when the customer only wanted delivery, or if the customer selected the normal delivery rate when the appliance would have to be transported down a flight of stairs, then the difference in shipping cost will either be refunded or charged upon arrival.

Processing items for shipping generally takes one day, however we do not process orders on Sundays, after 5PM on Saturdays, or after 6PM Monday-Friday.

Processing and delivery are subject to delays from various factors, including but not limited to, holidays, delivery vehicle maintenance, or excess volume of orders.

At the current time, Allen Appliance does not offer shipping for online orders, purchases are in-store pickup only.
